What Are Some Of the Restrictions For First Time Home Buyers?
A lot of the programs are base off of the dollar amount of the property that you’re trying to purchase. With the First Time Home Buyers programs, nine times out of ten, you won’t get the expensive homes in your local area. You are going to get the lower end properties, because the whole program is based for people who really need it the most.
The other restriction is that you are going to have to live in your home for a certain amount of years. Note, if your going to purchase the home to rent it out then please don’t use the home buyers program.
