My name is Kirt Eure I have been working as a professional mortgage consultant for over 15 years.
I am passionate about what I do because when a client contacts me to consult them about financing their first mortgage or simply fixing their credit, I know that with my knowledge and experience I can help them.
It’s a great feeling to know that I can have such a positive impact on people’s lives. Plus I meet many wonderful people and their families, make friends for life and when I do a real good job not only do they come back to me the next time they need a consultant, they tell their relatives, neighbors, friends and co-workers about how I was able to guide them. Because I love helping others, I think I am a blessed man to make my living doing what I enjoy the most.
It bothers me that the mortgage industry has such a bad reputation due to crooked brokers and loan officers that are in it for all the wrong reasons. They take advantage of a borrower and lie cheat and steal to make a dollar.
I am proud to say that I am one of many honest mortgage consultants that care about their clients and I’m happy helping people buy the home of their dreams while they save thousands of dollars when they listen, Follow my advice and let me guide you through the process step by step.
I love to solve problems. So when a person comes to me to buy a home that may have low credit scores, not enough money for a down payment or other issues keeping them from getting a loan I will go many extra miles and consultant them on what to do. I truly believe that everyone eventually can get a mortgage, my job is make sure that happens.
That is not bragging. It’s a fact. One of my strengths as an professional mortgage consultant is my experience knowing how to solve a problems for the my clients I’m representing so they can get the best interest rate possible in their unique situation. Whether a customer needs to pay off debt, get cash out for home improvements, buy a new home or investment property I have done this for thousands of satisfied customers over my mortgage career.
I have owned my own mortgage company for 10 of the 15 years. I understand all aspects of the mortgage business, everything from origination, pricing, closing loans, processing loans, dealing with sub prime lender and prime lenders, working as a sales rep and knowing the full administrative details to own and run a successful company.
I understand how the credit scoring process works; I can show you what is needed to secure your loan for the first time. I will also show you how to get the most from your appraisal and what is required to insure that all title and legal work is done to perfection. I have successfully maintained a strong loyal support from banks, Realtors, investors and homeowners which ultimately will help my clients get a competitive loan.
I’m an expert in related financial services such as loan collections, foreclosures, short sells, home equity lines of credit, credit repair and have created loan tracking systems for mortgage brokers and bankers. I have owned my own loan processing company and was very successful.
I have retired as a loan broker/owner and currently I am consulting and guiding people on their purchasing and mortgage needs. With the way the economy is going, many lenders and brokers have gone out of business in the recent shake up in the sub-prime mortgage market.
Most importantly, I enjoy using everything I have learned as a professional mortgage consultant to help people because I care about their family and financial well being. I’m considered a mortgage expert, and when you call me I would love to guide you along in your mortgage process.
